so kind of you to be visiting this forum even after conceiving. U are indeed helping people out here. I had few very imp and genuine questions for you. Iam in the same situation as you were in before with tb of uterus. I am hopeful too now that u conceived naturally. My questions are-

Was tests confirmed ur tb uterus status...was it pathology report or culture or PCR DNA /RNA tests or BLOOD TESTS ??

After 9 months treatment, were any tests done on you to rule out complete cure like any HSG or endometrial curettings , PCR rna/dna for tb?

Also how thick was ur endometrium before the treatment and after the treatment in the IUI attempts ? This info is very imp to me BECOZ iAM IN THE TREATMENT phase and failed to conceive before with iui and ivf , endometrium was max 9-10 mm.

did u have laparaoscopy or repeat HSG to detect any new blocks in the tubes. I guess ur HSG was normal and so were suggesed iui AFTER treatment..

Plz do consider answering the above as Iam in ur situation desperate to know whether i have a chance with one tube block plus cured endometrium..hopefully.

I am glad to help you anytime. First of all my journey towards successful pregnancy was a very long and painful one. I was pregnant the first time naturally and I miscarried around 60 days, that time we were in no mood to go through the records and I don' t even remember whether the hospital had conducted any study or test on the foetus. I went to another gynae and she asked me to test for another complication and after that we were on clomid and follicular monitoring for a couple of months, after which we went for IUI, In the third attempt of IUI i was pregnant but again i lost it around the 60 day, this time we checked the foetus completely which revealed i had Mycobacterium TB, so took tablets for 9 months. After that i found out that i had a block on the right side of the tube. Was going on with IUI for around 3 -4 times then for a couple of months found out that i was always ovulating on the right side so did not go for IUI. But YOU WON' T BELIEVE IT i became pregnant naturally when i had ovulated on the right side, my doctor was telling tht in some cases the ovary shifts and it does happen that chances are there that you can become pregnant.
Well regarding the endometrium thickness, i am really sorry i don' t remember but it was normal only nothing was wrong in it. I had those 9 months medicines sincerely. I did not want to go thro another miscarriage.
Finally I beleive in God, we did a lot of praying, went to so many temples, everyone in my house had prayed for us.

Don' t loose hope, there is miracle in every case and pray to God and beleive that u will have a kid, you must have the will power, my husband was extremely supportive and he believed that we will have our baby one day, if not for him i would have been able to go through this entire tough journey. Don' t loose hope and heart, all the very best...I did not mention to you, we are having our son after 11 years of marriage!!!!!!!!! when we can have our baby normally every one else also have a chance.
