Hey gals, i dont if its just me or the pregnancy hormones..i am going through an emotional rollercoaster..i cry for anything and everything..i am sad, happy or angry, i cry..sometimes i am down without any reason..
i have also noticed that i have become a bit short tempered too..
i hope this is just a temporary phase and i will get past it..

what do you gals have to say...

Hi Roops,

Even I went through a similar phase a few weeks back. I was losing my temper for no reason at all. Dont worry, this is just a phase. Let your family know that you dont mean it, when you lose your temper, and to cooperate with you.
You will get out of this quite soon.
Maybe, you can try counting up to 10, thinking of some pleasant outing (your honeymoon for example :) )or listening to soothing music.
Whatever be the case, dont be depressed for long, coz it affects your baby also.
