My HSG shows dilation at the end of both fallopian tubes and doctor says IVF is the only option. Can anybody shed light on this please ?

Get a laproscopy done. They may be able to open the tubes during the procedure. If they are not able to open the tubes even during laproscopy then IVF is your only option.

Hi RBS,

Thanks for your reply. Actually both of my tubes appears to be open (Bilateral spillage seen in HSG) but issues are 1)small hydrosalphinx on both sides 2)mild dilation on both distal ends. So doctor said laproscopy doesnt helps in this case and also added tube dilation will not allow for natural pregnancy.

I´ m very sad after doctors feeback. Any more suggestions pls ??
