this time my query is how to cope up with sleepless nights and/or with difficulties sleeping sound at night? sometimes it is the heartburns, sometimes the baby is wide awake and at times it is just nothing - i am yawning and go to bed and all sleep vanishes for hours!!!

Hi AB. Sorry to hear that you are finding it hard to sleep during night. I too have tough time getting to sleep and with frequent trips to the loo, it only gets worse!
Quite a few of us on the forum try snuggling in loads of pillows, specially in between ur legs, helps posture.
For heart burn, someone recently suggested pudin hara tablets, (Sorry, I am terrible with names!!) and I tried it recently and it worked!
I also think just before bed time if u were to massage ur tum and relax, the baby will do the active movements and then once u have spent some time attending to the babes, the babe may sleep or relax and let you sleep too.
Give it a try, and like us keep trying whatever works, would be gr8, right?
All the best.

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
