I don't know whether this is a funny thing or i need to worry about it.

Hari is having gas trouble.Earlier months when i burp him little bit goes by mouth,but mostly he is working under.U know last time when i went for checkup to my doc he made the large sound .She stated laughing,she told \";Is that sound came from this little man\";

Again when we went for shopping one old lady came running and said\";how cute he is,he is like a little peanut.\";Soon he did the same thing.

U know both times i escaped ,hubby was holding him.He says everyone is looking at me like i am the one who is doing this.hihi

But u know he is not passing stools now.I am little concerned about that.last week only i gave him formula.three days i gave him.and whenever he drinks formula he pass stools.and two three days now he stopped.Gas is going.

What to do.Do i have to call doc. he is good at drinking and all.

pls help me.

First of all do not use sad icon for non-concerning message. YOu got me worried!

Hari is doing normal thing and nothing to be afraid or ashamed about.

I don't recommend Castor oil, sorry Sheeja.

try to move his legs like in cycle motion for about 10 minutes each day. Better after feeding.
While feeding make sure he does drink slow and gasping this will reduce accumulation of air between his sip.
try to use hing (Asafoetida) in your cooking, the max you can do is to apply some hing powder near belly botton -a very little not much. Of course each time after feed hold him straiht on your arms and pat his back to burp him.

Advait is 15 months and he can do the same things. What's funny is whenever he does he will give a positive smile. I think all babies do and not a concern.

what home remedy my mom use to do is, wash ur hands and have 3 drops of castor oil. then express 3 to 4 drops of breastmilk and rub in ur hand till u get the buttery consistency.
now with your finger apply inyour baby's mouth.within 1hr ur baby will pass stool and there wont be any stomach upset.

i usually do this weekly once so that our baies's stomach will be good.

i think what u re mentioning is perfectly normal..babies do tend to pass gas till their intestines are properly developed and they learn to digest all kinds of food.only if while doing so if the baby feels discomfort or cries should you worry.also i dont see any reason to feel embarassed about this. all babies do so and its good.
apart from formula is he on breastfeed completely..then not passing stools for 2-3 days isok. my son rahul[5 mths now] is completely on breastfeed and used to pass stoolsonce in 2-3 days.but doc used to say that hes perfectly fine. now on his own he became ok and does bowel movemnet daily.we should start worrying about infrequent bowel movements if the baby is on solids or if the stools are hard...other than that its fine..

Hey..thats so cute ..u know my son also does the same thing but till now not in mkt place but in home always he use to make boom baam sound ..in intital month it was much now i think his gassy thing has been lessen a bit ..watch ur diet it will improve .abt passing motion i guess dr. says sometimes babies dont go for 2-3 days u can call his doc if still he has not pooped out.Try moving his legs in cycling postion n also press lighty on naval moving urs hand outerwards ..it will help in passing gas n in constipation.hope it helps.
