There are many ways to quit drinking alcohol.
But the only thing is they should be very strong enough in their goal.

Hi, i am wondering right, there is so many stuffs right now that can help these alcoholic people, but why it seems that alcoholics are increasing, so is it right to say that maybe or perhaps that these medicines, and all does not help in ways? Shefali replied. I feel sad for families where there is an alcoholic. You hear so many stories about men who drink and come home every night to beat up their wives. Even the children are not spared. Why are there no laws to punish people who hurt others? I have read in newspapers about drunkards killing people too. It is not only happening to lower class people but also with the people who belong to sec A and B. It is very sad thing that our government is not running campaigns for people who are addicted to alcohol and drugs. I pray that such thing should be stopped very soon. Nandini replied. I have never heard of any doctor prescribing medicines for alcoholism. I am aware of withdrawal symptoms but those go away after some time. If you take medicines, won' t you just be exchanging one addiction for another? It is very difficult to solve such problems and alcohol addiction. It is better to stay away from any kind of addiction right form the beginning. I thank God that I am not addicted to anything. However I have seen some people who are addicted to medicine. There is no definite definition of when a person consumes excess alcohol. This is an important part of controlling your alcohol consumption. I do not drink myself but I know people who do. None of them are alcoholics? And I do not feel that it is bad to consume alcohol sometime during the parties or some occasions. I think limit of alcohol consumption is different for different individuals.
