Are you feeling some kind of depression? Are things ok with your baby, your hubby and married life, your sex life, your in-laws etc.? If anything is wrong on any of these fronts then you need to address it first without any delay. Do not ignore it. If everything is well then i guess, it's one of those post-delivery syndrome that happens with many women. I suggest a few things, which might be of help to you:
*Enroll in some gym/health club, so the money that you pay for it will compell you to attend it regularly.
*Similarly, schedule your hobby activity 2-3 times in a week (painting,dancing,music,cookery...or whatever it may be)on such 'compulsory' grounds. That will keep you on toes.
*Depending on the nature of work that you are doing from home, decide some dead-lines for it and decide some incentive for yourself to meet those deadlines...and set some really tough goals, do not be linient with yourself! (eg. if you meet a particular target/deadline, gift yourself a visit to a beauty parlour for a haircut/waxing/facial etc.)
*Form a group of mothers of same-age babies as yours, and plan some activities (kids' day-out/play time at one members'place etc.)together on a regular interval of a week/fortnight etc.
*Every evening take your baby out for a stroll in a nearby garden or play area...he/she will love it and you too will enjoy playing with him/her and thereby sharing some quality time together.
*If there is some elder to take care of your baby for an hour or two, then make it a point to get engaged into some kind of a social work AT LEAST once a week with orphan kids/elderlies/spastics/critically ill patients/blinds/underprevileged women/deaf 'n mute etc. and reap endless blessings and divine grace for yourself and your baby...thus make your life worthwhile!!!
REMEMBER....life is too short, live it TODAY! Do not waste it, please...
Good luck,friend.

I am sure you have iron deficiency which some women develop after delivery. It makes you feel tired, lethargic & not think clearly all the time.I had it.
Go for a health check or just start eating right with a good iron rich diet.
You will feel better.GoodLuck

Should a single man live with his mum in India?
I am a man in my late 40s and I have lived abroad in USA for the past two decades. I never had any interest in marrying or having kids so I never married. Recently my Dad passed away and my mother will be alone. I have made enough money to retire comfortably but because I am used to the American lifestyle I can't live in India. Recently my relatives have started saying tha... - Venkat Dabri [View Message]
