I recently heard many of the parents visa gets rejected if they have only one daughter.do any of u know how far itz true? i am more concern as i am the only daughter for my parents...also when the ques arises for wut purpose do u want to visit US?
i know the answer is for pleasure trip & to stay with my SIL & Daughter..
again here is my prob i just visited india couple of months ago for my cousin's wedding.
& wut if the consulate ask y do u want to visit now when they were just here 2 months ago?? i really dont have an answer 4 this..how shud i prepare my parents 4 this question? pls help me gals by finding an ans as my parents r going 4 an interview this thrusday(aug 14th) at chennai consulate.i am very much worried regarding this ..i badly need my mom only. if something goes wrong the next alternative is my Mil she has 10 yr multiple entry.but still i want my mom to come sorry 4 whining in here ...

I can understand the nervousness of the interview completely. My parents have their interview on the 14th, from 10:30 to 10:45, and I am so worried that it might be rejected. I hope all our parents get their visas and our moms can come over and be with us during the deliveries. Looks like all of us have the interviews this week!!! Do you know the process after? Do they get to know immediatly about the visa status or do we know it only after the passport is couriered to our homes? My parents live in Hyderabad.

Dont worry, I am in same boat as u. My parents have int on 13th in chennai.
Jus tell them to tell that u called them for sight seeing. When u went to India this time, u cudnt spend time with them as u were with ur inlaws, so u r calling them to be with u for a while. If they show all their assets and liablities in India it will make it stronger that they will come back, even though ur the only child. Tell them to get their property and other bank deposits notarised by Auditor, thats what my dad has done.
And how r u feeling, I am very hungry but jus throw up since morning. I am little frustrated abt this and also the visa. Hope its all going to be ok.

My parents visa interview

Hi Ashra and Bar,

Hi Suni,
I hope u r doing well. oh yeah they might end up meeting in consulate..u know wut i asked my mom to keep quite & not to talk to anyone.cuz my mom gets too excited if she meets someone who talks well..she is a friendly going person & by chance if she blabbered that i am also going for delivery only thatz it chapter close right there..so i am bit concern & warned her...as far as i heard that intially u pay only the application fee draft,only after the visa is confirmed ,the general ask to pay the remaining draft at the counter frm that u wud know wheather itz approved r rejected right there some use to congradulate & some dont it seems..hmm letz hope for good ..all the best for the interview

One day I am ok, other day I have heartburn and sometimes vomit too.
Doc says its normal what can I do?
I am also scared of interview... Mine have at 12-12:15 on 13th.
Yes we r from Chennai basically.

Thx 4 ur immediate reply.I am feeling better.But still feeling dizzy at times..so how abt u? yeah i asked my parents to have their property bonds ,bank statement & business..I donno i am so scared & praying god that they shud get it with no hurdles r u frm chennai too at wut time r u parents having interview? i am frm chennai & my parents have their's at 11.30-11.45 am
