Hi Anju,
Pudhina is mint n not corriander..
They are a number of ways to make this chutney.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup firmly packed mint leaves
• 1 onion
• 1 Clove garlic
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 Fresh green chilies
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1/3 Cup lemon juice
• 1" ginger

How to make Mint Chutney:
• Wash the mint leaves.
• Cut onions into small pieces.
• Place all ingredients into a blender.
• Blend it to form a smooth paste with some water.
• Put it into a bowl.
• Pudhina chutney is ready to serve.

You can alternatively take 1/2 Pudhina n 1/2 corriander for the chutni. I personally like it that way.
