my 7 month old son has milk, wheat, peanut and egg allergy. He is on my milk hence I have stopped taking any dairy products or any wheat,he is abt 8 months but yet I have not started khichdi or dal fearing that he might have dal allergy too( as he got some rashes after I fed him some mung dal water), I am really worried abt his allergies and ezcema , I avoid all his allergens from my diet yet he gets flare ups on and off,I am confused as what should I feed him as he is growing up & he needs solid food too.pls advise me abt his diet plan.I appreciate all the help!!!!!!

Hi,
My 7 month old baby has milk protein allergy, recently started weaning him and looks like he is sensitive to wheat, suji, moong daal (got redness on his face immediately after eating.)
Would like to know, if anyone has faced similar situtation? And when will baby outgrow such
allergy.what food should be given if baby is sensitive to certain food.

i am sailing on the same boat.my 1 year old has eczema and food allergy to milk peanut soya and wheat.till first year i had not tried any dal,wheat,tomatoes beerries,nuts and citrus fruits.i tried only fruits and vegetables like rice sweet potatoes,carrots,apple,grapes,cantoloupe,spinach etc... and she is fine with that,even i am feeding her and not allowed to have any milk products and nuts.now she is one so i could start dal(first with moong dal),barley and soya or rice milk gradually and one by one.i know its very difficult as i am also going through the same phase. i hope if it could help you...good luck

Hi! I saw saw Dave´ s message and your reply to it. what exactly are the symptoms of eczema? Because my 4 month baby is also very allergic but I cannot make out the reason. Her skin is extremely dry and she gets red patches all over her body.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
