I wonder if anybody here is craving for sweet like me.......i wish to eat something sweet in my meal everyday...if nothing is there,i take at least TUP-SAKHAR .... so how r u guys craving for ? Moderation (like Arshiya suggested) is always good.. so indulge yourself but try keeping it to the minimum...cause not satisfying your craving will only make your body crave more..so do give it a little bit...

I feel bad for Priya, RAdhika, Jaya2 , Hemani and others who cant afford to have any sugar whatsoever.....

you are right Vindhya, some women do crave for things like sand, clay and other non appetizing, sometimes dangerous things.. and thank god for not making any of us crave for things like that...:) Arshiya replied. Hey Pranjal,

I am also craving for sweets like anything since last few weeks. Though I am not at all sweet person, I used hate sweets, so I don't know how this sudden urge came?
I asked my doc about this last time I visited her, and she advised to have only a small bite whenever I crave for it and throw away the rest. Also, she said, try not to eat lots of sweet otherwise your baby will be big and since I am petite, it will be hard for me do deliver vaginally.
So try limiting your intake but also talk to your doc about this.

I just posted a message on the October board regarding my craving for soda & coffee. I am unable to resist both of these.

I heard some women crave for sand as well. Atleast I am not in that category.

It's good to fulfill our cravings as long as we keep a limit.
