hey soha ,thanks for ue advice in my previous mails ,its so sweet of u,well can u plzz suggest me a good body scrub or cream ,these days my body is becoming very rough and dry,mostly my back and hands and stomach,plzz suggest a good home remedy as well as good soaps or creams i am confused about it SOHA replied. for dry skin:
take 1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water

if used as a night cream ,it will give your skin a glow too.splash water on your face before applying.

the oil will soften your skin.
vinegar will kill bacteria,lighten discolourtion and loosen dead skin cells.

FACIAL:

for a facial ,wet face throughly ,message olive oil into your skin .use about 1/2 tsp of sugar and scrub your face with taht then wipe off gently with a warm water ,wet cloth until the sugar is all gone.

use olive oil as a bath oil ,2 to 3 tbsps will work good.

the best to apply any moisturizer or lotion or any cream is after taking a shower.(not on wet face).


cold cream:

10 oz kernel oil
2 oz cocoa butter
2 oz beeswax
heat them all in boiler until wax and butter are melted beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and cooled .transfer to jars ,cap it and refrigerate it.



TAKE 1 castile soap
1 tsp honey
wet face ,pour a little castile soap into the palm of your hands ,add honey and mix honey and soap into a leather ,wash face.

make a puree of 1 banana and 1 papaya ,peach or avacado.apply to skin leave on for atleast 20 mins then rinse with warm water ,followed by moisturizer of natural margarine or natural vegetable oil.

apply natural mayonnaise ,either home made or from natural food store leave on skin for 20 mins then rinse.(warm)

mix banana with honey and apply on skin.


use dove soap its good for dry skin.

SIA these are the home made tips but if you want to go for a market product look for AVEENO.they have so many moisturizers for dry skin for daily use with spf 15 or so.
