darkness is appearing on my ankles n wrinkles have also developed. help me in getting rid of this.

dear SITTI,

rub lemon to your ankles daily and leave its juice for two hoours daily.

mix sugar with lemon juice and use it like a scrub on your ankles.

for wrinkles:

before sleeping take mulai from milk and it mix lemon juice and a little turmeric in it message lightly for 5 -7 mins.


mix olive oil few drops with
few drops of castor oil
in glycerin 1/4 tsp.
mix them well and apply for 10-12 mins and rinse your face.

take food rich in protein ,your body needs protein.take good amount of curd,milk,eggs etc.
