hey soha dear thanks a lot for ur reply but,those dots are not black heads tehy r like the one u canh see on any film stars face face like small swollen things ,and even in a makeup u can make them out clearly.like those things.now i dont have pimples much but have marks can i use retin A for both these things.will pimples come if i apply retin A on marks plzz clarify my doubts its urgent.tell me ahome remedy to make my skin smooth and glowing ,bcoz with those marks my skin looks dull plzzzzits urgent ia m getting married soon SOHA replied. you will have to take some medicines for it because you need to clear them from inside. its better to see a good doctor.
