have been diagnosed with typhoid. doctors said it is fine to breastfeed my 3 month old. would like to find out what diet food (for typhoid) will help to produce more milk.

HI,
Try eating almonds and poppy seeds soaked in water overnight, also u can add some milk to it and puree it in mixer , excellent for producing milk.

here is a short suggestion, to produce more milk, try having fenugreek liquid rice(normaly called as conje in south)

I've been told to have 'heaty' food to increase milk flow, try eating jeera, papaya etc. it should help you.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
