Hi vidhi,
Do you have gas trouble? If yes, then cramps are caused due to that too. You can apply oil not only to u r leg, but also to your stomach, especially around u r navel. Try it!!!!

hi vidhi,
im 14 weeks now but during my 12th week i too had severe leg pain. my whole left leg used to ache n it was worst during the nights. it was not just cramps but pain all over the leg. whole night i used to be awake:-( i used to apply hot water bag n tiger balm. somehow in 2-3 days my leg pain vanished on its own.. when i asked my doctor he said maybe it was muscle or nerve pull.
but if ur having cramps in ur calf then its bcoz of lack of calcium. its very common to have calf muscle cramps in pregnancy. why dont you check it out with ur doctor.
well, i say ur so lucky tht you have started to show already:-) i hardly show n i still wear my pre-pregnancy jeans n trousers. it realy worries me at times. plus i have hardly put on any weight.
anyway, i hope u get relief frm ur leg cramps soon. do not put much strain on ur leg n apply hot water bag. still no relief then consult ur doc asap..
good luck..
