Hello!

I have kids and sometime its difficult to make dinner /lunch.... please help me some instant good healthy food for lunch/ dinner.

hi anna,
u can make pasta if ure kids like it-
1.Take any pasta variety boil it strain it.
2.Take a kadai pour olive oil,add choppped garlic if ure kids eat veggies chop capsicum and onion,sautee.
3.Add tomato puree and salt mix well let it boil.
4.Add boiled pasta add mix well grate cheese on top.
u can make egg burjee and bread or with ready made chappatis.

gujrati kchidi is also easy to make-
1.Take 1/2 cup rice ,1/2cup moong dal soak it n water for 20 min.
2.Pour ghee in cooker add a small piece of minced ginger,a few curry patta ,3 to 4 crushed cashewnuts,add 1/4 tsp pepper and salt to taste.
3.Add 4 cups of water close the lid
4.Turn off after 2 whistles.
hers a another easy pasta recipe-
1.Take (penne)pasta boil it and strain it.
2.Take kadai add butter add chopped onions ,cherry tomatoes sautee.
3.Add 1/2 cup milk mix well add salt.
4.Add grated cheese mix well.
5.Have it with garlic bread.
