my baby is 2 mth old and have breast infection.ther r lumps in breast and redness around aerola.my gyn advised me antibiotic and hot water bag to express the milk .this situation has been for one month .lumps become soft but has not gone completly.now i may have to dry all milk or go for surgery.can anybody help me to come out of this problem because i want to feed my baby.

i faced same prob when my daughter was three month old . my doctor gave me antibiotic for 14days. my breast not good yet. i feel same prob yet. so please feed your baby. i was used pump. you can also use pump. dont worry.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
