hi girls,

sorry for the delayed reply.hi i am reducing weight little by little...i am sailing in the same boat like urs.i cant spend much time for exercising..but i used to follow small small tips which iz working wonders..drinking 2 glasses of warm water earning morning 30 min b4 having ur tea iz gr888....drinking loot of water throughout a day iz also gud.and mainthing we moms find diffivult to cook food so we will end up filling our stomach with snacks n junks.....so plz plz try to plan n cook food the whole day or store in fridge ....if u have a habit of munching something during work popcorn iz best..
i used to walk inside home itself for 20 min atleast .and even i bought that rubbish sauna belt which iz still kept in cupboard...i used to it once but itz getting overheated.n i i cant lie for 50 min without doing anything..
plz plz sleep only for 8 hrs a day maximum..avoid sleeping during day..a nap of 30 min iz ok...avoid rice n eating leftover baby food.avoid eating junks in weekends...will send rest of reply later girls..i gotts go.

thanks for such valuable information. I would definately follow your advice. but tell me one thing how could I avoide sleeping in the day time. my baby is awake whole night. what say...

even i have a same problem with my kid .he sleeps at 12 night.i have to wake up at 6 in th morning.which is not 8 hours of sleep.

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
