First of all, Hearty Congratulations to every one of you who have delivered their cuties successfully and all the very best to those of you who are yet to deliver.

It has been really long since I logged in as my son is keeping me real busy. Well there is not much to talk about the birth story. I took epidural after I was 5cms dilated as I couldnt bear the pain anymore. The remaining dilation took place pretty fast and I was ready to push the next day morning. The doctor had to cut to get the baby out. Though my delivery was smooth, stitches still hurts even after two weeks.

And with respect to breast feeding, I wasnt very successful. I tried hard since the day my son was born but in vain. Right from day one till now, he has been taking Enfamil completely.

KB Shanthi replied. Congrats to u too..! Even i had a C-section. I used to have the pains from the stitches too for the first week .. now i feel a lot better. I used to take advil for the pain.

Am alternating breast milk n formula. We are on Similac, btw. When i asked the doc abt enfamil and how it differed from similac .. he said, its like coke n pepsi :-)
