Nurseries and Schools:baby care in South Mumbai

Hi,

I am a new mom with a happy, adorable 3 month old girl. I need to join back work in a couple of weeks and am wondering what will be a good solution to baby care in South Mumbai

a. A good day care ?? Does anybody know of good daycares in south mumbai ??

b. A full time maid/nanny ? I am not sure if this is a safe alternative: has anybody tried this successfully ?? I will not be having any other family members overseeing the maid fulltime. Does anybody have numbers of a good maid agency in Mumbai?

c. Some other type of solution : some housewife who loves kids and takes care of a small number of kids at her home.. does anybody know of somebody like this in south mumbai ? Does this kind of solution exist ?

I am pretty desparate - like most working moms must be - to find some solution that is good for both my child and my peace of mind. So anybody with any any advice or information, please please write in.

Have u found any solution yet.
I am in the process of adopting a baby girl. I stay in chembur & work near Tardeo/ Haji Ali/ Peddar road.
am facing same problem as you as i can only get 2 months of leave.
