I have been having a feeling of fullness&bloating with no appetite since friday.Feeling miserable bcos i know i have to eat.Tried TUMS&just eating something on time but completely no appetite.Better try lime juice,ginger&honey to stimulate the digestion.

Iam wondering if iam getting indigestion from dal or what?
Hope to hear frm all of u&hope u guys r doing well.

Dear Manvi ,
I have found that Cereal and milk both chilled help my tummy . Also Eating yogurt and banana togather is easy for me to eat and digest . Hope it helps .

Sorry to hear abt how u feel.
I felt the SAME last week. I had fresh lime juice(with lil ginger) all day instead of plain water.
Yes DAL doesnt digest. Even now I have to eat very little dal to keep me going smooth. Cook ur rice really well(I used to mash them too). Dont focus on nutrition for 1-2dys, jus eat rice, rasam, curd and soft cooked veggies. Also I eat idlis daily. Believe me after a week or so it went away. Then u can start eating nutritious food slowly
