hi i´ m so happy to see so many expecting mothers.i´ m 30 weeks pregnant i can feel my baby´ s kicks n its amazing, my husband too can feel,i had my tetanus dose n my final ultrasound is in the 1st week of nov. after 1 miscarriage i´ m very scared of preterm labour.

Welcome to this group.I know it feels gr8 to even think that somebdy will call us " muumy" after sometime.ENJOY everyone.

well...i wanted to ask evryone whether all of u had ur glucose(sugar) check done or not,till now???? Is it true that if my grandmom and mom have sugar problem , i am 90% prone to have it during my pregnancy ????

My baby is due on 18th of dec.well..me and my hubby both r capricorns and want the baby to be same (preferably)hehehehe.I know its difficult..they say babies always r born before the due date.

Gr8 to know that u r frm Connecticut...and what a pleasant co-incidence even i am blessed with a darling angle jr.meenakshi.
But u will b amazed to know..ppl look at me and guess that its a boy..coz of the shape of the tummy.....So....ultimaletly i think i will b blessed with an independent,strong baby grl.GOOD..Isnt it!I like it when ppl guess so..i have not told anybdy yet..it will b a surprise for them.
Hey...u guyz r gr8 man...u r following a naturopathist..share some tips on what to eat the whole day as my 5-6 meals so that i can keep my weight in control.Even i like all nutritional food.

Hi Meenakshi,

This is the time to have fun and enjoy life to the fullest. Please don´ t worry about the glucose test. Its not a big deal. I am following a naturopathist even before I was pregnant and I am following his instructions strictly. Me and my husband are both nutritional geeks. I have my glucose test this september 12th. I have a family history of diebetes too. I put everthing aside and am enjoying myself being treated as a queen at the moment.

I noticed that you are from Arizona. I am in Connecticut...By the way, are you blessed with a girl or a baby boy? Mine is " Little Jr. Jyothi"

My hubby becomes very excited whenever he feels the baby..I think that feeling creates bonding btween the two.I really like it a lot.

Hi Meenakshi,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Thanks a bunch for ur good wishes too...Regarding glucose test, the chances of having some hereditary problem is high but if you keep yourself hydrated by drinking, atleast 5 liters aday, will help you so much. Also try to have atleast 1 yam per week. This is sweet but practically helps in reducing diabetes...Hope it helps you.

My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Not to worry

If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
