it is good to start having saffron now.i started from my 5 th month.i have it once in every week.i take a oil bath caster oil and then drink saffron in milk first in the morning before eating or drinking anything than water.
from 7th month i am going to take it twice a week.same thing i had done to my first baby also and this is not harmful.
if u need any more info abt this let me know.i used to bring 1 gm box and use that for 4 times.

hi ashu, good to know that u are also due on 11 dec.my edd is 13 th dec until now.i am feeling good movements,it cannot be called strong or week,.it is nice.if u are feeling the movements that is suffeicient so don´ t worry about anything else.i have a son 23 months old.i stay in Europe.these days i have started to feel a little tiredness sometimes and back pain and not able to sleep very comfortably.how abt u??are u having saffron???u r veg or non-veg???
