Hello Frieds, Can some one pls give me a recepie for delicious Malai Kofta.

yes

take 2-3 boil potatoes
mash them add mashed cheese to them
mix both mashed cheese + potatoes
add salt +chilly powder +garam amsala to them
make rolls of them and add a little of malai to it
now deep fry tyem
uy malai rolls r ready
for GRAVY
grind 2 tomatoes+ 1 onion fried them by adding salt chilly powder and ghee

when it fully gets frised add malai to it to make it gravy
boil for some time
add garam amsala to it + other garnishes
add rolls to it boil them for some time
its ready

ingredients
FOR THE BALLS :
5 big boiled and mashed potatoes
50g paneer mashed
some kaju & kismish
salt,red cilli powder to taste
FOR THE GRAVY :
3 large size onions
4 large size tomatoes
1/2 inch piece ginger
3 cloves
2 cardamomn
2 bay leaves
2 dal chini
2 tbsp cooking oil
some fenugreek leaves
some curd
1 cup malai
1/2 tspsugar
salt,red chilli powder to taste

GRAVY
roast slightly the cloves,cardamon,bay leaves&dalchini.put aside and powder it after it gets cold.
Heat the cooking oil.Put the grated onion and fry until golden.put grated ginger,all grounded masala,salt sugar and cook for 5sec.then add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.Add the curd, beaten malai and cook for 5min.add water if required.

BALLS

Mix mashed paneer salt and red cilli powder to mashed potatoes.Make balls out of this mixture.
Put 2-3 kaju,kishmish in the centre of each ball.Deep fry the ball on low heat.


Put these balls in the gravy 1/2hr before serving and cook the gravy for five min on low heat
