Hi everyone !!!
Today early morning @ 3 am I split some white discharge which broke my sleep and after that i went in for urination and saw stiky bloody discharge in tissue ... after that I wored sanitary pad and now around 6 my pad is half wet like periods. After this I didnt slept whole night because of worry. Baby movement is also happening. NO contraction or pain yet...

Should I visit doctor immediately or wait for any contraction or pain... Calling doctor is not so easy here ... Please suggest.

I had a similar experience like this.It started as a bloody discharge and became more of a menstrual period.Its called bloody show when its little more than a discharge.The mucousy discharge is the mucous plug.Usually when the bloody show starts appearing labor would usually start within 72 hours.For me bloody discharge started on tuesday early morning 1 am and i was probably in early labor on thursday morning and full fledged labor by 6 pm on thursday.
So this bloody discharge/bloody show all this is a definite warning that labor is nearby.For me there was not much dilation but effacement was causing this bleeding.When i got admitted the nurse said u definitely have a bloody show.i was having some pains but for initial dilation many women dont get any pains.U may be contracting but they r not painful.So watch out.But actual labor pains r quite strong,much stronger than a menstrual cramp.Hope ur doctor checked if u r dilated.If ur bleeding is more and bright red call the doctor.It could indicate problems with placenta.In ur case i think its an indication of labor.Bloody show gives u time to prepare for labor which may occur very nearby.

I went to hospital they did CTG and pressure check .. doc said everything is fine. Baby heartbeat is ok. and send me back home. Asked me come back if bleeding increased or pain starts... I dont have any contraction yet.... Still slight brown discharge is there.... sangeeta replied. Hi Rashmi

My bleeding stopped waiting for doctor to come in hospital as she will come around 9 am.

Praying god for everything to go well... When will the pain start ?
