Hi Archie,
I am updating on behalf of Mihika, as you known that that she had the spotting few days back. I just received a mail on my personal mail id that she was having a spotting again on Monday morning along with little abdomen pain. The same day she visited her Gync and her Gync told that she was having the contraction and was put into the labour room. But things were fine after few hrs. She was kept under observation for two days. Her doc has advised her to leave for India.. and hence she is planning to travel by next weekend or so. She has also mentioned that last weekend was very hetic for her as she was busy shopping, romming and plus household work.
She will surely put up a message with full details later on.

Ammy,
do you know what week Mihika is into?
I don't understand why this girl got herself in to household and shoppings after this episode. Ask her to take complete bed rest.
There is no comment from her obs side on her cervix. How is she allowed to take such a big trip with knowing that she was admitted in labor room for hours. What are the treatments given to avoid labor during and a few weeks after her arrival in India?

I need to know more about all these queries.
Archie

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
