Ingredients:
1 cup sooji
4 cup water
Sugar to your taste
2 Cardamoms (Ilaichi)
Raisins and crushed cashews and almonds
Butter or Ghee

Heat the Butter and add the sooji to it, continously stirring it to prevent it from burning.
On the other side heat the water and after it is warm enough, add sugar to it and ground the cardamom and also add it to the sugar-water mixture. Stir the sugar so it gets mixed well. Do not let the water boil, just let it get warm.
In the meantime the sooji is done and you can possibly smell it. Add the nuts and raisins to the sooji and then slowly pour the sugar-water mixture onto your sooji while stirring it.
Stir it continously until the mixture starts to thicken. After it gets a desirable consistency you can remove it from gas and serve it hot. YOu can also add some nuts on top for garnish.
