Hi Gals...
At what time of the day or night you are active? As of me... I am right now in 10th week. I sleep a lot during the morning and whole day... i feel like working only in evening and night... I don't feel like to getup early... I don't like to cook anything during day.. I just feel very heavy during the day time... so i cann't pull myself to do any work. Only in evening I become more active and start cleaning home... vessel... start the washing machine... and do cooking as well..

I am also in my 10th week. I dont have any morning sickness but I cant sleep at night. I sleep for a few hours and then wake up. I cant go back to sleep. I start feeling sleepy again in the morning around 5.00. But I cant sleep for a long time because I have to go to work and I feel sleepy and dull through out the day. I asked my grand ma today what I should do and she asked me to massage my legs with coconut oil and go to sleep. She said that this will help. Let me try it and see what happens.

Even iam in 10th week waoh!Finally i got someone who is in the same week. actually i will be ok till iam far from nausea once it attack me then iam gone.i feel so uneasy that my whole day will spoil.Other problem in me is that whatever i eat i feel so bitter my nutritionist have told me that it will be for 2 more weeks then everything will be alright,So ammy 2 more weeks then iam sure u too will be released by your tension.
