Breastfeeding:quantity of breastmilk a 10 week old requires

Can anyone tell me how muchy quantity of breastmilk a 10 week old baby requires. my baby has recently gone on a nursing strike and i' m forced to express milk by hand and feed her. i find i can express only about 25 ml max which takes 30 minutes. when she breastfeeds she also takes only 30 minutes and appears completely satisfied. she feeds every 2 hrs. her ped says her weight gain is slightly less than normal but its ok. i' m confused. does a 10 week old need only 25ml in a feeding (7-8 feeds per day)?

Hello,

My pediatrician has told me that baby till3 months drinks around 70-80 ml milk/day... in different parts... Max is 100 ml

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
