when you feel nauseous, have a glucose biscuit or a glucose drink or even some lime juice. if you can' t eat any solids at least have 6-8 glasses of water and juices. if you can' t have milk, at least have milk products like cheese, yogurt. also, hard boiled eggs, spinach, broccoli and nuts for calcium in your diet.

thanx girls for suggesting things. yes, i´ m having yougourt, hard boiled eggs and milk shakes. Is ice-cream also counted healthy in milk products? I´ m feeling much better now. Early in the morning the first thing after brushing is i have a toast. I heard that it helps alot and it has helped me also. If anyone is also feeling very nauseoutic then please try have toast in the morning. And even smelling a pickle has helped me control my nausiatic feeling. Thanx again girls for ur adivise. I´ ll surely take ur tips

hi
My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. The reason why ur baby' s leg is shivering may be this. Plz contact ur doc and take necessary steps as soon as possible.... - Sahila Gupta [View Message]
Help for your sis in NJ
Ravs, your ideas are out of date, since your sis is in NJ she should join a good prenatal class [Lamaze, Bradley etc] and get updated information, also her physician will guide her on diet and her self care please don' t give her advise based on the info in this mail of yours. Breastfeeding support is also available.... - Sameera [View Message]

Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
