Even wish i knew how to make those marks on my tummy disappear.

I had a perfect clear tummy till my 7th month .. from then they started to appear everywhere. I have tried those creams .. they just give me relief from the itchy discomfort n moisturize .. but i dont see any of them reducing, to be honest!!

To make things worst, i see pimples bursting out on the top of my stretch marks..eewww...its not a very pleasant sight.. i know!!

But then .. this is one things unavoidable. Many say, if ur mom has it .. during her preganancy .. u have it too..! But thts just a myth..like the old wives tale.

For now i am using some over the counter lotions for stretch marks. My doc mentioned an expensive cream that can lighten those marks to some extent..i havent still checked it yet! When i do, i'll let u know.

Yea.. like Amita said.. itseems most of the marks become lighter over the years.

For swollen feet .. keeping the legs on an elevated position helps me too. Its also relaxing to keep the feet in warm water.

for stretch marks apply a good vitamin E oil or body lotion now and continue after u deliver too...again you wont get rid of the stretch marks but they will reduce quite a bit and also will soothe the itchiness.
as my OB told me, the pimples too will go after delivery and are nothing much to worry about.

for swollen feet, put your feet up at body level most time, dont let them hang or dangle. and you will have to cut down on your salt intake.
