Howz u?Its been days i signed in coz i was sick had lots of cold & cough.Now am fine but still coughing.......atleast better than before.(Cant have any medicine so have to suffer).
I was remembering u past many days but cudnt decide how to contact u?(feelin shy a bit.....geeee).Hope u r doing absolutely fine.
Do u believe in eating lots of fats & ghee(as my MIL tells me).Should we listen to ppl who tell eating ghee is a must, whereas my Doc told me to have only 12kgs weight gain(even when havin twins) & not go for fatty food rather have veggies & fruits.Wot wud u suggest?

You can put on weight between 12 kgs to 17 kgs for twins.

You can eat some fatty stuff when you enter in third trimester, not now. You are just in second trimester. When in third trimester baby starts to add layers of fat and that's when you need to eat ghee and stuff. You can eat ghee after delivery as his/her nervous stystem is yet to fully develope until 3month old newborn. Fats are good for nervous system development.

Eating more fats will get you gain more weight in different regions than in belly, that will be additional job to shed some weight after deliverying babies in your case. So moderation is good for you.
