i haven't heard of lamaze/ childbirth classes here in India, can some of you share your learnings ?

Sorry, my childbirth class is scheduled for next month. I will definitely let you know the details after that.

I am sure Avi will be able to give some tips before that. She's on leave from this board and should be back soon.
