Hi,

I am pregnant and everyoe tells me not to have almonnds without soaking them in water overnight. I generally forget to do that everyday so I eat them just like any other dry fruit.

Can some one tell me if its not gud to have them w/o soaking overnight?

Almonds, although very nutritious they can be equally harmful to you and ur baby' s health if they are not soaked and peeled before eating. For the very reason it contains very minute amount of Cyanide which is poisonus and soaking nad peeling will nullify the effect of the same. I hope this helps. Take care.
