soon my baby will b 1 year can anyon1 advise me how to stop bf....
im working...day time she doesnt want bf at all ..i hv managed to stop....touchwood whatever is given to her she eats well....but prob is night she jsut desnt leave me....
she wont even touch that bottle ...
if i dont control now....as she grows it will become more difficult....
she cries very badly if i dont feed at night...
at night she goes to sleep by 10 pm in her bf demand start right there ...she wont sleep till feed her....

Hi

On the outset,Im sorry I don' t know anything about weaning.I weaned my daughter when she was 1 month old. She' s now 4 months. I was just curious,don' t people in India practice child led weaning? That is to say,let the child wean herself? I was just curious.
For some pointers,visit kellymom website and they have good suggestions for weaning.

i have a same problem with my baby.u sloely reducing the babay giving bm.start giving wati chamcha for the milk or bottle feeding.also consult ur doctor the doctor give u a tablete so ur milk will reduce.so ur babys bm habit will be reducing & ur problem will be solve.

According to my gyno, I have some special hormones due to which i can easily lactate and due to that my motherly instincts are extremely high. I was lactating until 1 yr back & I still can induce if i want to breastfeed anyone.
