I not getting proper sleep past one week. I get very restless and uncomfortable. always turning and tossing in bed. Difficult to wake up in the morning. anybody going through the same thing?

What can be done. Iam working and i have to leave to work at 7.15 in the morning. Pls help.

Same here

I am also going through this. And i also don't like to sleep on my left. Sleeping on right helps me, but rarely. In addition to that i have legs pain :(
I am also staying with in-laws and have to get up ealry in the morning. We HAVE to find the solution for this.

Hi girls..
I have the same problem..I have to get up 3-4 times in the night to use the bathroom..Also I dont like sleeping on the left side as we are supposed to ..I prefer sleeping on my back! so I have light sleep throughout the night..Hey Shazia sorry that u cant get good night's sleep..try having a warm glass of milk before bed..it s supposed to make u sleep better..

I'll try it out. Actually i ahte milk but for good sleep iam gonna try this one too.

Believe me i have got dark circles arround my eyes now.

hi shazia,
even i am also experiencing the same thing. i keep getting up a lot of times in the night for urination. even in the day time also i cant get proper sleep. as i live with my in laws , i have to get up at least by 7 in the morning. and getting up is difficult.
my baby shower is on 24th of this month and from then on i will be moving to my mom's house . there atleast i need not get up in the morning. just waiting to go there.

What is the solution yar? I am so tired its difficult to work yar. Lucky girl going to mom's place atleast u'll not have get up early morning. Me can't go to mom also. Yar i'll be working till i get my labour pains.
