Hi Pranjal,

I too feel painful movements sometimes, especially around lower abdomen. Makes me jump sometimes. Specially if i'm reading something or watching tv, suddenly i can feel something hurting inside. but i guess it should be normal as so many of us are feeling it for various reasons.
Enjoy the last stretch of kicks.

Rgds/Nikita.

Hi Pranjal. I too feel discomfort and sometimes pain, which can be due to few reasons, baby pressing against the rib cage, the umbical cord getting caught in baby's hands, or generally braxton hicks contractions, which start nearer this stage. Not everyone gets them, but I have felt them couple of times. Like Vidhya said, lying down or having drink helps sometimes.
Got to remember, baby is growing fast and room is running out, uterus lining is getting thinner so we feel all movements more now. But enjoy the kicks as soon u will miss them inside and then the kicks will start from outside! ;-)
Take care.

Hi Prenjal,
I also get painful movements especially when I am lying down on my side and the tummy is slightly pressed.Otherwise also, the movements sometimes hurt. And as Vindya said,it is mainly due to pulling of nerves and muscles.

Hi Pranjal

I too have some pains - but it generally goes away after walking slowly. Like Vindhya suggested, talk to your Doc and maybe he/she will be able to suggest something else.

Hi Pranjal,

When the baby is in a particular position, the nerves get pulled. That's when we feel the pain. This is temporary as the baby keeps moving. Just lay down on your left when it is unbearable or have some juice/snacks so that the baby becomes active & changes its position.

The most important thing to do is talking to your doctor.

Vindhya

Diaper Service Provider,Bangalore
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a Diaper Service Provider in Bangalore? They generally provide cloth diapers and replace them with a new set every 2-3 days.

Thanks in advance
