We are trying to have a baby since past two months. All our reports are normal. I do not know why is this happening? I smoke occasionally but otherwise I have no problems. How can I become a father?

It is very important to plan for fatherhood. Making healthy lifestyle changes helps. Reducing stress, having nutritious meals and also quitting smoking and drinking is helpful when you plan for fatherhood. Be informed and know about any family’s medical history.

There is no right time to plan for fatherhood. It depends on the mental preparedness of a man. I feel that a man is ready for fatherhood when he is settled in his career and is also financially stable. A man should be ready to take on the challenges of fatherhood then only he can plan for it.
