Name: sirisha

hi all,
from the past 3 days , i have been vomiting a lot , especially after dinner and before i go to bed.i have been vomiting whatever i have for dinner. i always maintain that 2hours of gap after dinner and before going to sleep , and also walk regularly for 15-20 minutes after dinner. after dinner i feel that the food is not going into my stomach , but remains in my throat itself, and feel very very uneasy unless and until i vomit. and because of the vomitings i have a throat infection.
i drink hot milk with turmeric powder to cure the infection.
is anyone experiencing this kind of a feeling.
any suggestions to control vomittings...
sirisha

Hi sirisha,
sorry to hear that!
I don't have this problem but I think if its only with dinner you can change it to light dinner u know with only rasam.when we have fever also we won't feel like eating even if we eat we can't gulp but the rasam rice we able to digest and its good also. For throat u can blackpepper powder in rasam. The best u check with the doc.
good luck

sirisha,
your vomitings seems result of both hormonal and from infection.
do not do home remedies if it's not controlling go and get throat infection treated.

otherwise also if this is a problem only with dinner then have dinner in late afternoon and only some small snacks during dinner time.

some experience sort of ms even in third trimester, normal.

Very good doctor
Hi,

I delived a baby boy in March 2009. I consulted Dr.Chitra Ramamurthy during my pregnancy cycle. She' s one of the best doctors in Bangalore. Not many people know about her. She handled the entire process in a very professional manner. I used to visit her clinic in Jayanagar 3rd block. She is very caring and affable. She says what to do and what not to do. ... - Sandhya Rao [View Message]

hi
So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine. It sounds like maybe what you are missing is the bonding that breast feeding provides? My first child had both breast and bottle milk for the first 6 months, when I had a mis... - Jhumri [View Message]
