my son has completed his 4th biothday this december and can say just few words like papa,amma.dada and baba.he started to wallk at 2 year i have done all possibe genitical test in appolo delhi and manipal banglore dr.r saying there is no problem just take him to spech therepy . i am doing that from last 2 years but not much change can anybody please suggest me what else can i do or any dr. in nagpur area.

Have u got his hearing tested???? Get a thorough examination of his ear too.Read my topic 'clear speech is related to hearing ' in this site only.

I can understand ur prob. my son is 2yrs old he cannot talk and walk. Even I have done the entire test. I live in Mumbai. My child is microciphily child that means his head Circumference is small than his growth. His MRI and Amino acid test r normal did u done this test also.have fath is god.

Though my child is also late in speaking, but it helps to send him to school. Is your child going to school and does he have friends of his age to play with??? I am in switzerland so it is very costly to send him everyday but as u are in India that is a good option moreover if he plays with his friends..it will help... Patience also helps. though I also do not have much.

hi swiss_mom ,
yes we live in joint family so we have 2 more kids in house sof his age with whome he plays. i tried of school also but he cannot tell for potty and toilet so school refuge to accept him he sometime goes to playschool. i am very worried and becouse of i cannot plan for another baby thinking he will also be of same kind. i am very upset. just living everthing on god .

Our 28 months old boy is not speaking simple 2 or 3 word sentences yet. He speaks a few words such as mama, papa, aunty etc but definitely not more than 10. Shoranur kerala samajam Ayurveda hospital review

My son is less than 4 and has been diagnosed to be on the autism spectrum. He is non-verbal. We are taking him for OT and ABA/speech therapy.
