I have put on 20 kilos or more during my pregnancy and still the same, it's three months eversince my delivery.
As of now I am breastfeeding would like to continue till my baby is one year old.
I would like to know the appropriate time to start reducing so that I get back to my pre-pregnancy size. The area I would want to reduce the most is my arms, from my shoulders down to the elbow. Please suggest!!

so u wanna to join us??i am right now doing daily walking for 30 to 45 min..gud diet control(avoid fatty food)..n running behind my baby(gud exercise)...nothing more than that..n u have juz completed 3 months of postpartum periods..wat i wud say iz once if ur baby iz 6 months above u will automatically loose atleast 5 to 10 kg'a b4 her 24 months if u are living abroad...but if u in india u will b having more family members to help n look after ur baby so u may gain more n more....so go for regular walks daily,eat healthy food ,avoid fries...dunt think abt weight loos for another 3 to 4 months..let ur baby start having solid food then u can think abt weight reducing..breastfeeding also helps to reduce weight..so bf her as much as u can ...follow some bm producing diet ideas like garlic fried in ghee n mix with rice n eat...soak fenugreek in water overnight n eat it nex day.gud luck mom...and my most imporant tip iz use ccloth diapers for ur baby...itz a gr88 exercise i found washing baby's cloth nappies..gud luck mom

Hi Ruby,

Thanx for your reply. I am trying to control my diet (fatty food), but these days I am experiencing an increase in apetite, so ...... Still, I will consider your advice!!
I am living abroad, and working as well. My baby is taken care of by a maid & she is very happy with the maid!

you can take treatment on hair, you can use jasmine oil on hair, its really very useful in hair fall treatment, also you can use kapoor in oil, it prevent dandruff and stop hair fall.... - yogesh [View Message]
