Is it very difficult for women with irregular periods to get pregnant by having sex? I wanted to know if anybody having irregular periods have got pregnant immediately? I have just got married so wanted to know if I would face any problem.

It is absolutely possible to get pregnant with irregular period. I had irregular periods and then too I got pregnant. So all those women who have irregular periods should not worry because they have a 100% chance of getting pregnant. But make sure that you maintain your ideal weight.

I agree with you Sanjana. It is shocking but possible to get pregnant with irregular periods. I was surprised to know that I am pregnant with irregular periods. Therefore, women with irregular periods should not think that they are infertile.
