I m a mother of 2 kids - elder one is 4 yrs and younger just 4 m who is breastfed mornings and evenings. I m a working person.
My prob is - I am overwight but cannot find time to workout and i want to know how to manage my time so that i can do it.
My family also includes MIL stays with us. She is zero help with the baby. What i mean to say is - family is big, there is no excuse to house chores, and the maid and me are only ones to look after baby. Hubby helps little in taking care of younger one.
I work 10 am to 7 30 pm. I dont cook, the maid does it. i hv maid for almost every house chore. When i am home, the maid does housework and i am with the baby and elder kid.
My mornings go in feeding the baby, getting kid ready for school, making things ready for the baby (her milk bottles, her fruit juice etc), and getting myself ready
My evenings again go in taking care of baby, breast feeding, washing milk bottles & baby bowls and sterilising them, kid's homework, and other house tasks.
In office, I feel hungry due to breastfeeding. I dont get time to pack healthy snacks for office so dont hv option than eating junk food in office canteen. This adds up to the weight.
Someone who can suggest how can i manage time and do some excercises, it will be great!
