Hi Gauri,
Its Priya.SEnding you seprate msg in case if you dont see my reply.
thanks a lot for your input.I am not stopping BF.I will keep it continue.I am not able to produce enuf milk for my baby.Since my baby was not gaining enuf weight I thot to give formula with BF.I also feel very happy after feeding my baby.
I have tried many thing.I am taking Laptdene tablets,homepathy medicine,daily i take 3-4 glass of milk.I am eating green veg also.Garlic alos I have tried.
Methi Ladoo is not known to me.Can you tell me how to prepare it.

iam also a mother of 4 month old baby.i have a recipe that helped me .boil ajwain in water and dring this soup.your breasts will turn into fountains

take 1/2 kg methi...powder it...chakkis where we give wheat flour for grinding do this...1/2 kg wheat four...
1 kg desi ghee....n powder dry fruits like ...dry khajoor ..almonds ..kishmish...dry coconut...say 1/3 kg each in a mixie..n very imp take khane ka goond...u will get anywhere in markeet..i dont know u call in english...
fry this goond in hot desi ghee..n as soon as u remove it from fire grind it usssing stone....with ur hands

take ghee...put all the ingredeints .its better if u dont put suger...keep stirring...
imediatelly make ladoos..when hot ..
its very difficult to make...
my mil can make it properly...if u cant make it have that powder mixture...i wud suggest...

If you r not able to make the ladoos try this

Soak a spoon of methi seeds in a glass of water for 3 to 4 hours. Boil this for a few mins, strain and drink the water. u can also add a little milk (1/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup methi water) & sugar to improve the taste
I used to drink this everyday and it helped me

Hi Priya,

I am also a mother of 3 month old baby girl,,, i was also facing the same problem with producing low milk ....start eating lal masoor dal, bhuna hua jeera...then u will see the difference....but do not stop BF coz this is also helpful substitude for u and baby....

allso i want 2 knw are u doing lot of work at hoome? coz whatever u eat u utilise all the energy in doing work...n for milk u need extra calories...try not to get stressed out..
