Hello there! use raise a very good question on surgical and in surgical abortion. I had searched a lot and found that the complications in both of these cases are same. Firstly we should avoid conceiving. secondly, we should know that we can a loss of our life during the abortion. So priority is that we should avoid abortion. if we conceive we should give birth to that life. Now come to the point. In both cases, problems are cramping, bleeding and blood clotting. We may lose our fertility. so always choose the best option for us. There are many websites provide deep knowledge about your question. So search and get more knowledge. also, consult with your doctor in this regard. He will guide you better.wish you good luck!

You can opt for any abortion methods. Each method has its pros and cons. There are some complications involved in all abortion methods. It is best to take the advise of a doctor. Non-surgical methods are safe and very effective. they do not affect the fertility also. There are few chances of having an incomplete abortion with non-surgical methods.
