my wife has being diagnosed by a doctor for \" poly cystic ovaries\" in her home town. We want confirm the same in bangalore before starting the treatment. can anyone point to a good doctor in bangalore who we can consult for the same.

hello, i am a new member, but i have been suffering from PCOS since 2000. Actually speaking these PCOS in a lay mans term are small boils on the ovaries whihc prevent the egg from being released , whihc in turn causes the female to miss her period, and she starts gaining weight. it is basically a vicious cysle. So i if it has been diagnosed at an early stage it is better to go for treatment as early as possible. you can also refere her to Reproductive Endocrinologists . they are the best or else am experienced gynaecologist will help you through.
the most important thing is that your wife needs to keep her weight in control to keep on getting her periods regular.
