Dear All,
There is a list of baby stuff compiled by the Nov Board. One of the items is abdominal binder belt.
Do any of you know what exactly this is and where to buy one ? I live in Los Angeles,California.
I'd really appreciate some info.

go to surgical store and you will find variety of Abdominal binder. This is a belt you wear on tummy after child birth. This is supposedly help lowering uterus and bringing at prior to conception position fast and you look in shape. We Maharashtrian practice wearing saree or cloths tight around waist after child birth. Unfortunately I did not do that for first 8 days as I had C-section. But for vaginal a tight abdominal binder is highly recommended.

So long as your baby is feeding, that' s all that really matters. These days, formulas are packed with everything the baby needs, and although it is never as good as breast milk, it' s perfectly fine.
