Hi Vidya,AB,Debi,Deepika,ritu...

Looks like this board has come alive with lotsssss of msgs from around the world...great going yaar...
My due date is suppossed to be abt the 21st of feb...cant wait for feb man...i am really excited to see the little one...
I got my GTT done and thankfully all is normal...I can definetly feel my tummy bulge and am finding to fit into my usual clothes...i feel stuffy wearing most of those outfits i used to love wearing earlier...
Planning to go out shopping and get some comfy Cotton Kurtas and Shirts...
Otherwise..all is going on well...I am due for a scan next week..i am really excited abt it guys...
Hey..what kind of exercise activity are u guys indulging in? I try and go for walks whenever possible..otherwise..i am little hesitant to try any other form of exercise at this stage..
another thing...i have heard people generally tend to get a good glow in their skin during pregnancy....but i guess..the reverse has occured in my case..I feel i have lost a bit of my complexion ...
Please do write in with ur respective experiences...

Its good to hear from you after a long time !! yes am too eagerly waiting for the little one to come out...but sometimes i feel that this is the best period when we start experiencing our baby's kicks ... which we get once /twice in a lifetime...i simply feel that this period can be extended....lol! and believe me , this is really the best period to take rest and have fun.....once we have our little bundle in our hands, our world totally changes with routine of sleepless nights and busy schedule
;-) !!!
reg. exercises, i bought a cassette on exercises for preg. women...and i followed it for 2 days...but i was totally exhausted and felt sick..then i read in an article that if one has not done exercises before preg. , its not advisable to start during preg..so I didnt continue it...but am sure that walking is the safest exercise one can do...or we need to do exercises under someone's supervision...I bet there r many yoga asanas for preg. women....that are really very good and help to have a normal delivery.....
yes, for my first baby, the color of my skin turned dark around my mouth ....doc. told that some women develop pigmentation and it did go away after delivery..to say the truth i was looking very odd during my preg. days...but this time, i apply vitamin E oil whenever my skin starts turning dark....and it does have a good effect too....
