btw, do write your due date....mine falls on feb 25'th...am very happy that next year is not a leap yr. ;-)! (even in case the date gets changed after scan)...
I'm sure all your vomiting would have stopped by now..no doubt people call this period the honeymoon of pregnancy...
for the past few days am finding it difficult to breathe at times...is anyone of you going thru' this?
my tummy does feel heavy at times...am waiting with great enthu for continuous kicks...lol!

The breathlessness is quite common in preg and is felt more if you are carrying the baby high.it happens as the uterus pushes the diaphragm towards the lungs.but just in case there
are accompanying symptoms like chest pain,racing pulse,calmy fingers and toes then may be we should call the doc and find out.
BLNS does not affect the baby at all.
How are you all doing,it is great to see all your msgs.It has become one thing that I really look fwd to these days,checking out msgs from you all.wishing all of you dear friends a great time and loads of health and cheer.

Yesterday i had this experience which kind of frightened me.. pls tell me if any one of u also experienced it..

yesterday after dinner i suddenly felt my heart beating very fast.. and i was short of breath... it happened for a short while say for a minute.. i was back to normal after just sitting relaxed for a while .. but i was very scared... does this happen bcos of BP?

i heard salt intake should be reduced thought i haven't done that..


Vidya: My due date was initially told to be 10 th Feb.. then after an ultrasound its revised, ow the doc says it'll be 3rd Feb.. so I'm on border now.. May be Jan last week/ Feb first week :)
And, yes, I also feel breathless sometimes.. especially after climbing stairs..

Great to hear u guys are enjoying the \";honeymoon\";. Deepika...wow...my due date is Feb 9th! may be ours will coincide!
Vidya even I experience breathlessness occasionally, specially if I am too hungry or tired, the first time i got too scared...Now I know it just goes off on its own.
Dipi- Welcome aboard!! how are u doing ? have u experienced ur angels' movements yet? Let me know more abt u.
Debi- Hows everything with u? have u got used to the sleepin posture? I am doing good so far, not feeling too uncomfortable to sleep...I guess things will change next month, when the size of the tummy increases considerably.

Smita- Long time we haven't seen u on board? how is everything with u? update all the news.

Ritu- how r u coping up with ur diet? are u testing ur blood daily for sugar? is adjusting to this very difficult? I guess u must be having a dietician who advices u ?? let us know.

I am doing great. I have my 5th month check up next week, when the dr. wil review my ultrasound reports. Guys , I can't find any good names for boys. My family is really big, too many cousins and all good names are exhausted already. So if u know any short and easily prounouncable boy naes, please let me know.

AB Deepika replied. hi vidya.just saw your msg.my due date is 10th of feb and i am doing good .today i went in for my monthly visit and all seems to be fine.i am a bit down these past two days with slight throat infection and tepm around 98 to 99 degrees.doc said not to worry and my top bp reading is a bit on the higher side like it has always been 130/80,today it was 134/80.otherwise all is cool.tell you whay i've never had nausea not this time not the first time too.
